Oh man! This is my topic. Me and a close friend like to talk about my social awkwardness and have come to call them my "awkward moments"

One time, I was at the lunch table and I had just gotten some hot wings from the cafeteria line. I felt like bitching about the lack of sauce to my friends because I felt like it, even though I wasn't even going to do anything about it. I complained out loud to them and the lunch lady heard me because the line was right behind my table.
"man, these wings suck, they have no sauce!"
She came up behind me and shrieked in a deep african accent.
"You want more sauce?"
I was startled and I muttered "oh, uh...no thanks..."

I was once working at this office doing filing and stuff and there was this good-looking but snobbish and arrogant guy who had just graduated from Oxford.  One day we were in the same room alone, I sort of had a crush on him.  I was reaching over this high shelf and I almost lost my balance.  Then I looked at him and smiled without saying anything, it was a 'oops, i almost fell, silly me' kind of smile.  But he obviously hadn't seen me losing balance and thought I was smiling at him for no reason.  He had a bewildered look on his face, the kind of look that suggested 'ugh this little girl has a crush on me' (I look too young for my age)
