I have a slight suspicion that four recent eHelp requests were made to spite LiveWire. Do I just contact a moderator about it?

I just seen those. I think they weren't really needing help, I think they were just fooling around with the system...

I just noticed that, i deleted one of the ehelps as the content wasn't acceptable for the ehelp center

We can't do anything, it was a guest that sent the ehelps in.
We can only delete them.

I got the exact same feeling. I voted to delete 1 of them, but by the time I hit it, it was gone already. I think it would be best to answer the questions anyhow. If it's a joke, then no big deal.

you can suggest that we delete it..(there should be a little button to click when you read the post)

i know which ones you are talking about..and i agree

They are called anonymous Ehelps for a reason.

Who are we as Support Leaders to determine if someone really needs help or not. If you feel that they were made out of spite don't reply to them and leave them alone. For all you know that person could be serious and to me they seem legit and I don't see any bloody reason for them to be removed.

I am tired of you power hungry support leaders removing what in my opinion are perfectly legit ehelp request.

That's what I was thinkng, considering that those four requests were made in less than five minutes apart.

Rhapsody, he had every right to ask, 4 ehelps had been sent in within the space of a few minutes.
Also an ehelp being sent in asking if anyone wants to buy their car, i think i can safely say that indicates some one who does not need help and is abusing the system

Regarding the other ehelps being sent in, support leaders have replied to them already, and no one is to say that they aren't real, if you wish to reply then by all means do so.

Moderators see them too, they'll delete them. If it's bothering you that much, vote to delete them.

I find them amusing, in an immature, stupid sort of way.

Yes iv noticed that the past few topics kind of sound like spam. With the little detail and all. I voted to delete one or two of them. That really annoys me.

I never said that he had no right to ask a damn question.

Okay, the ehelp about the car can safely be removed as it does not belong in there. I did not see that one.

Sorry but I am just extremely angry about this whole thing about support leaders voting and removing legit ehelps.

I don't like your tone in your post. I am not, by no means, a "power-hungry" support leader. I applied for the position to be a support leader for a reason: to help fellow teens and peers with issues and problems that I have gone through, and you calling me a "power-hungry" support leader hurts my feelings. I put deep thought into every one of my eHelp responses, and by you threatening me like that is just utter arrogance. I have done NOTHING to those eHelp requests. That's why I decided to start a topic in this forum asking for help because, obviously, I have never encountered such a problem before. I may be fairly new to LiveWire, be a new support leader, and not have completed as many eHelp requests as you have, but there is no justification on WHY you had to call me a power hungry support leader.

I'm sorry, but your post ticked me off so much, I had to reply.

timize don't worry about it, there was nothing wrong for asking the question as i am sure there were plenty of other support leaders thinking the same thing.

And rhapsody, who are you to determine what a "legit" ehelp is?

He said he had a slight suspcision, you should be careful before you start to make assumptions.
