HOWEVER... They blocked me, and when I try to send a message, it says "Oops, *Name* didn't want your message"

They keep messaging me, asking me questions, and I have no way to reply.

Write on there whiteboard and tell them whats happened.

You could either write on their whiteboard and let them know that you can't directly reply to their message seeing as they have blocked you. Also you may want to give them instructions on how to unblock you. Alternatively you could have another support leader message the person for you.

LMAO, yes that was hillarious. But yeah, I agree with all on it.  Send a message to their whitebard notifying that they block you.  I could have been by accident.  Or you could have one of us vouche for you and message them.
