Hanging him is barbaric,   at least in my opinion.

Put him in chains and give him an armed escort.

Lend him out to NP organizations. They can put him out on sidewalk, and charge people money to have a go at him

x amount for 1 punch. So much for 1 kick. Or you could charge by the second. Im sure lots of people would pay good money to belt a few to saddam.

Although it would be considered 'cruel and unusual punishment', so the trial would have to be in Cuban grounds again.
