What ze hell? I've done the referring and everything else, I think, but it's not working? All of mine have crosses, but only one of them is grey. I'm very confused.

Did you refer them with your referral link? If you did, they may have clicked it, left, then came back to LiveWire later and signed up. Did you get a message saying you referred one new member? As well, make sure you've completed all the other checklist items (find it in your My Account page).
What referral bloomin' link? I'm confused. I went to my account, clicked refer a friend, typed their email in, they told me on MSN they got an email, followed it through and joined... Where the fuck am I going wrong?
