Ehhhhhhh, I dunno that they can get much bigger than that. According to wikipedia, Antares is classified as a "class M supergiant" and I think thats as big as they come (that we know of). I think any bigger and they aren't stable, but also according to wikipedia, if you stuck Antares into where our sun is, it would have a diameter approximately equivalent to the orbit of Mars. holy shit.

Well, VV Cephei A is apparently 1900 solar diameters, and would extend to the orbit of Saturn. This star has only a hundred solar masses, but the Pistol Star and Eta Carinae have around 150. Antares has only around 18 solar masses.
