Meh not many schools would sell drinks like that in the UK. Its gone all "healthy". Water and Bread only it seems. If I want to actually buy something decent I have to drive to the nearest shop.

as for the health there is no need to worry, many of the students in school( myself included) have been buying flavored water lately( i enjoy the powerade stuff my self, grape!), and is becoming quite the trend.

At our school, they have a milk machine on all day long, which contains milk, yogurt, and string cheese. It's actually pretty popular. They don't turn the pop machine on until 12:30, AFTER all lunch shifts. We only have one pop machine; the other contains juice and water. Also, they don't turn the candy machine on until 12:30 either (after lunch). However, this forces students to leave the school to get sodas and junk food, which is strictly prohibited, as we don't have an open campus lunch. It's really a good thing, though. The students aren't supporting the school by buying pop and candy, but local businesses (we have a very small town community and any business for the small businesses is good). I think it's a win-win situation in all directions, excluding the fact that students are risking getting in trouble by leaving the school!
