No one should go on a diet period just eat healthy and get enough exercise keep in mind a pound of fat has 3500 calories so just burn more than you eat. Dont have sugar unless your are planning to exercise right after so it doesnt go right to fat. Diet pills are all just scams and are also unhealthy for you.

Diet pills are bad. I tried Zantrex-3, and I could not take nearly as much as they recommended because of the way they made me feel. I felt like I was ODing on caffeine, the pills did not make me feel good AT ALL. Useless!

All I have to say is that if people want lose weight then they should just eat right and excercise more often. A lot of people think that they are excercising enough when really they aint, most people over estimate. Workouts and excercise should be intense. And by eating healthy to lose weight you should limit your fat intak and your carbs. No carbs after 7 o clock, that is a good goal. And If you do have carbs earlier in the day, then your workouts should be later on so you can try and burn them off. A high protein diet is also good for somebody trying to lose weight too because, it takes more energy for your body to break down proteins and digest them, even though some people will tell you otherwise. Proteins also help with maintaining muslce tissue, so they are good all around. And also a last note, drink more water, it'll help with speeding your metabolism up also.

the only safe way to lose weight is to excersise (cardio and strength train,) and control your calorie intake. It's that simple.
