Cheap Hot Buttered Toast

Ingredients:
Toast (not untoasted bread, freshly made toast works best)
Butter

Directions:
Scatter butter (refridgerated butter) (sp?) around the toast.  Repeat for as many slices as needed.
Put the buttered toast in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.  Afterwards, butter should be melted so you can spread it really easily with a knife (or tilt it so the butter goes all over the bread)  Heat more if butter is not melted.

I think its good...

Eggs!

Scrambled
Need
Amount is really based on what you are interested in- this is just a guide

Eggs
Cheese- Cheeder and Swiss are nice Grated.
Onions - Diced nicely
Green Pepper + Red Pepper, diced nicely
Spinach leaves ripped apart
Salt and Pepper to taste
I also use Club House One Step Pasta seasoning- it adds a nice flavour, but any fresh herbs would do well.
Ham or Bacon bits
Milk

Heat up a frying pan and cook the spinach in some butter.
Eggs Cracked into a non-metalic bowl Stir them around until nicely mixed.
Mix in the onions peppers and mix well.
Mix in seasoning

After the spinach is cooked mix it with the egg mixture and pour back onto the pan to cook! Simple like that! Scramble the eggs while cooking and lightly drop the grated cheese over the eggs - let sit so the cheese can melt.

After its done... stare at it for a bit...put it on a plate, get a fork- and mow down!

This is a recipe for an Oven-Baked Pancake (it's not quite a pancake, it's really eggy, but it's still delicious):

1 cup AP flour
1 cup milk
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
Pinch of cinnomon (or to taste)

Mix and put into greased baking dish (8x8 I think, if you do 16x8 then double the recipe) and bake for about 20 minutes on 425. Top with fresh fruit, butter, syrup, or (my favorite) powdered sugar, or anything else that you think sounds yummy.

-------
So when you're happy (Hurray!), or sad (Aw!),
Or frightened (Eeek!), or mad (Rats!)
An interjection starts a sentence right.

Since the majority of the recipes for cakes so far have included ready-made mixes, I'll post a recipe for chocolate cake that you can make from scratch and it turns out great!

Ingredients

112g Chocolate
225g Butter
125g All Purpose flour (Self raising is fine as well)
210g White Sugar
4 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate chips/Chunks

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 165C.
2. In a pan pour boiling water, place another pan of similar size on top (making sure the bottom of it doesn't touch the water). Combine chocolate and butter, and stir till melted and smooth. Remove and set aside.
3. Sift flour and sugar together into a large bowl. With a mixer on low speed, beat 4 eggs one-by-one into flour/sugar. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
4. Fill cake tin, make sure you don't fill it to the top, the cake has to rise. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 - 30 mins. Top of the cake should be shiny but should give slightly when touched.

You can add nuts to this if you want, if you feel there is too much sugar, lessen it slightly, add mre vanilla extract if you want. You can really experiment with this and try different things.

-------
If today was perfect there would be no need for tomorrow.
