Black Bean Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Pepperjack cheese
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 teaspoon onion salt (or garlic salt)
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed, drained
3 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 bottle pace

DIRECTIONS:
1 Mix cheeses, sour cream and onion salt with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2 Place beans in food processor container fitted with steel blade or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Spread thin layer of beans on each tortilla; spread cheese mixture over beans.
3 Roll tortillas up tightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa.

NOTE: You dont have to eat these with salsa, I dont, and I usually add a few extra spices to this recipe to give it more flavor

Does anyone have a recipe for mud cake? You know that cake that looks like dirt, and then you have green frosting on top like grass?

1/4 c. water
handful of frozen corn

Mix together and nuke for about 2-3 minutes. Add some cheese and lots of cumin. (Im a cumin whore)

Chocolate Cappuccino Cakes

bake a standard chocolate cake. allow to cool.

cut rounds out of it.

measure a length of baking paper so it goes around your round to make a collar. make it long enough to fold 1cm up

melt some chocolate, and pour it over one side of the paper, smeer it round so it evenly covers it. leave it to set for 1 minute, then wrap the paper around the cake. peel paper off chocolate and allow to set some more.

take whipped cream, add rum, kahlua, anything you want to it, add hundreds and thousands to the mix. pour it on the top of the cake.

Caramel

1/2 C. Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. Light corn syrup
1/2 C. Brown sugar
1/2 C. White sugar
1/2 C. Butter

Put in the microwave for two minutes at a time, after each interval stir and put back in for two more minutes, repeat this untill the stuff bubbles so much where you think it's gonna overflow. Then pour into a glass casarole dish let it sit there for about ten minutes then eat. *Warning* this contains much sugar.... if you don't want a sugar high I wouldn't suggest eating this.

take cinnamon bread (the type that comes in a loaf)
take cream cheese icing
toast the slice of bread in the toaster and then put on the icing (while the toast is warm) let it sit for a second until the icing warms up and then Enjoy your home-made cinnamon bun!
P.S. it also tastes really good with the type of bread that has raisons in it...trust me

Lollycake!!

1 Packet (250grams) of Malt Biscuits
1 Packet (about 200grams) of Eskimos, Fruit Puffs or whatever they are called around the world
1/2 tin of condensed milk - thats 125grams
120ish grams of butter!

Turn the Malt biscuits into as close to a powder as you can - either beat them with a rolling pin, blend them or just jump all over them!
Melt the butter then add the condensed milk to it and stir until you can't see the butter anymore...
Cut the Eskimo things or whatever lollies you decided to use into whatever size you want (like a 50cent coin is good, but not everone lives in New Zealand)
Mix the biscuits, butter and milk mix and the lollies in a bowl with (clean) hands all together! When you are sick of mixing it and there's nothing seperate, roll it into ummm, a log shape on some greaseproof baking paper!...
Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours, or freezer if you are desperate and it'll eventually set into one very wierd but amazingly tasty cake of sorts!..

well it's a drink for becoming drunk at once:

divide mid-sized glass into four and mix these drinks:

-bacardi superior
-bombay sapphire
-hardcore genuine
-any kinnda tequila

before drinking put some salt in your mouth and after drinking put a little slice of lemon ant once you've drinked it, it prevents the pain to cause less... by the way drink it one-shot style...

i learnt it from the barmen in (Roberto)Cavvalli Café in milan...
