In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over low-heat on the stove. When it's liqued, remove from heat and stir in sugar, egg whites, corn syrup espresso and vanilla. make sure it's well blended. 6.Pour batter into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. It makes about 16 brownies. each brownie has 105 calories and 2 grams of fat. so technically they are good for you Go eat brownies yeah! This cake turns out bright red and is really delicious. It's great for Christmas or Valentine's day, and the icing absolutely scruptious! Ingredients : 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1 ounce red food coloring 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup cold milk 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Directions 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan. 2) Mix together cake mix, 1 box pudding mix, eggs, oil, food coloring, water, vinegar, and cocoa. Pour into prepared pan. 3) Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. 4) Beat together milk and cream cheese*. Mix in 1 box pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate. *Note: Make sure that the cream cheese is super soft and lump free. This is VERY important, or your icing will be lumpy. Melt it for a few seconds at a time if you have to, and I suggest using and electric mixer.

Potato PancakesIngredients & Materials: - About 1 1/2 or 2 cups worth of mashed potatoes, freshly cooked or left over, preferrably flavored in some way - Sesame Seeds (I'm not a measurer, just get your sesame seeds out and follow the directions) - Chives, fresh or dried, diced very small - Parsley, dried - Sunflower or Vegetable oil, canola does not work, it does, but it tastes icky - Any old skillet, medium-large depending on how big you like your pancakes to be. ---- Directions to make: Ok...I am not doing this as I write nor am I copying this off some paper...I'm doing it off the top of my head so please reply and correct me if something appears wrong... K first, take a skillet, medium/large, teflon really comes in handy here. Add the vegetable/sunflower oil to the pan, just enough to cover the surface with a good amount. Turn your burner on your stove to high and wait a bit for the oil to heat up. To test if its hot, take a bit of your potatoes on a spatula (which you'll need later) and dip it into the oil. If it starts bubbling, its good to go. Pour out or spoon out some potatoes into the oil and turn the burner down so you have time to shape. Put more or less depending on how big you like them. Shape them into a circle or whatever you please. Repeat and flip until they are slightly crispy & browned. Remove onto a paper towel and drain the oil off. Turn off your burner. Sprinkle chives, parsley, and lots of sesame seeds on them and you're done. Eat up. Trust me it might sound sick but its really good. As the cook in this house (yes, the cook! my dad doesnt cook at all! I make him clean up), you can trust me. Tell me what you think. ;)
