If you mean is there some kind of reward like points involved then yes. Every Thursday i think it is, the top three members whose novices have made the most points get a small amount of points themselves. There isn't much to it really. It just tells you about the Support Leaders novices and how many points they've made and the strengths etc.

Yeah. In the "All Novice Statistics" list. Like right now you're 4th i believe.
