Not really, I think most people will no this one.

If you literally mean immediately (like in the first second when it enters your body, then maybe by doing a 'quaratine' on the section... but never heard of that.

Hmm... well I don't know how correct I am with this, but I think if it is detected in the early stages (really early stages) you can be put on medication that will greater the chance of slowing down or getting rid of it.. As far as I'm aware, these drugs are only available to those who are 'high risk' such as a nurse, doctor etc... for example, when you get peirced by a needle.

I could very well be wrong there.
