Well this is sort of good, as some companies just leave trash in space, and it heads back to earth and could kill people. Reminds me on Dead like Me, she died from a toilet seat from a russian spaceship.

don't the Russians already have nukes up there? Pretty ingenious. Basically pull it out of orbit into a desired trajectory and let gravity do the work. No launches to detect as well. Plus if you have enough you'll always have a nuke right over the target or close enough to hit within a handful of minutes.

It is ingenious if your looking to kill lots of people. However, I prefer the Concrete covered tungsten rod. Drop it on whoever you want, big boom, no radioactivity. Plus it looks just like a meteor.
