you can post as much as you wish, but you have to put "i wish for this post to be judged" after the one you feel is most supportive. you can post other ones so you don't lose track of them and also edit which one you really want judged. if you find your second post more supportive than the last post make, just edit the post so you can have the second post judged instead.

maybe i made it sound too impossible, but it takes a good person to help people.
not everything i listed is expected in the post, that's just some things a good helpful post is made of. you don't have to include everything there, but it helps.
the only reason i wanted to make this strict is that it would be unfair for normal members to get pushed asside since support leaders and the such have the extra edge. it can't be too easy for them, yet it can't be too hard for the normal members, that's why i have those guidelines.
