LiveWire does not allow moving .gif's in avatars. Sorry.

Edit:

Public Avatars:
*Your avatar will automatically be scaled to 32x32 pixels if it is not already.
*Your avatar will look better if LiveWire doesn't need to scale it.
*Animated GIFs will be rejected because they are annoying.
*Maximum file size is 5 Kb

If I understand the problem, you're trying to make an avatar yourself, and when you try to animate it, nothing happens?

What are you using to edit the avatar?

Try hosting the pictures on Imageshack.

They upload .gif's for me without any problems. :)
