Go to the site, hit the browse button. When the prompt pops up, go to the location that the picture is in. Hit OK. Now, hit the button that says "host it!" and it'll bring you to a page with a few links. Copy the link that says "Direct link to image"

Paste that image between IMG tags, and it should work fine.
