I found the Prader-Willi syndrome quite interesting. I remember one time while me and my family were sitting in the doctor's office (because my mom had had a Gastric Bypass surgery and was getting a check-up) mom told me a story about one of her patients. (She's also a nurse). Apparently there was this one case of a mentally challenged man, in his 20's, who couldn't stop eating. Finally he had to go stay in the hospital because he had diabetes, and he refused to stop eating, so it was getting progressively worse. However, when the nurses and doctors weren't looking, he would sneak downstairs to one of the Vending machines and get a Mountain Dew, not Diet mind you. And he would drink as many of these down as he could. The staff at this hospital tried to make him stay in his room so he wouldn't harm himself by clearing out the Vending Machines, but it just wasn't working. Finally he died at the age of 24, the youngest case my mom had seen. The only thing was, he thought that the nurses and doctors were trying to imprison him and "torture" him by not allowing him to eat or drink what he wanted. Sad sad story. I think that's what you're talking about with that disorder if I'm correct. It's a depressing concept :(

I have that purging thingy. I make myself sick but after eating a normal size dinner. I am really fat and ugly and am few up with my shitty body.
