i want to get my nose peirced excpet at my school they dont let you wear them, would i have a hole in my nose when i took it out? that looked gross??

You can even put a tiny bit of skin colored nail polish on the top and it won't be visible at all.

yeah .. i have mine done but its not noticeable but if u take it out it will close unless u have it done for awhile but they now sell retainers (that are for thoughs reasons) u can get them at any place where they sell nose rings they look just like a nose ring but there clear so you cant notice it

If you take it out its likely to heal on you, or you'll be able to see a little dimple where the hole is.
Moonlit Edens idea sounds like the best. Retainers are incredibly useful and hard to spot unless you know they're there.

Not a problem. If you decide to switch it out before it's healed (though you shouldn't have to since it's Summer and it should be healed by then...wait...do you go to school in the Summer there?) make sure you clean this and put it in right away. KEEP YOUR PIERCING CLEAN.
I was able to get mine healed with the retainer in instead of the screw they put in when I got it pierced. It's not ideal, but it's possible.

Retainers are allowed at most schools. Keep in mind you cant get pierced with a retainer, and you cant change nose jewlery for a long time. I've had mine pierced 2 times, it's about 4 months old now and I get my piercer to change it for me just to be safe.
