I'm trying to sort out my life... To start, every one keeps telling me, u look so skinny and ur legs are shrinking. All i see is a fat person... I cant even eat an apple without feeling bloated. I often indulge in major food then try puke as much out as possible, i swim every day to get rid of my guilt for an hour of intensive training nd if i'm not happy i'll run my dog. Sometimes i don't eat. Its been two years now and i don't know if i'm fine or if i have to get help...
