ok well... theres this thing with me... i am ectomorph (very skinny) which is really annoying me.. when i have food, i mostly waste half of it cos i eat some and then just get sick of it and throw it away.. which is probably why i aint putting on weight so good...

well thats gonna change.. and i was just wondering... does anyone know what kind of food or any particular food i should be eating to gain weight? without doing weights btw

Don't go and eat unhealthy foods to try and gain weight. That is the total wrong way of doing it. Just bulk up on more proteins and such.

I could be totally wrong, probably am, but my friends mom and i were talking and she said that you should eat avocados if ur trying 2 put on weight..idk

I think probably your best bet, seeing as you don't really enjoy food, is to focus on eating foods that you like most of all. That way you can hopefully eat larger quantities, with the result that you may put on weight.

Also, variation may help. Once you get sick of one food type, start on another. When you prepare a meal, cook little bits of everything so that eating is more exciting and you will not find it as boring.

But if you're wanting to just go all-out and have mammoth eating sessions of high-cal foods, go for the carbs.

When eating is really difficult for you, finding the foods that you can best tolerate and that you really like and are able to eat more of are really good options to go with. For example, I'm recovering from anorexia, and there are certain foods that have been a lot easier for me to start eating again, where as some foods just seem really "bad" and I know that if I buy some and tell myself I'll eat it, I'll probably end up throwing it out. If you're wanting high calorie options, stuff like nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, dried fruit, bagels, peanut butter, dairy, etc. are some great choices
