Yes, I have. I've done it a few times when the OP is a well-known rude member who thinks they are on some pedestal or whatever, and I know they will pitch a fit if a support leader moves it (people like Anthem, Bandit, or Thriftweed, for example). Oh, and I also report other support leader's topics if they are in the wrong forum, because they could easily just move it back (and they're less likely to do that if a mod moves it, I've found). And of course, there are those topics that I KNOW don't belong in the forum they placed it in, but I'm not sure where to put it exactly, so I'll just report it instead. Even as a mod, I sometimes do it. Generally if it's some game or tech thing that I'm not sure where to put.
