I love fighting. I do karate and judo 3 times per week (sometimes it's only 2 if I'm very busy). Sparring I love and watching programs such as UFC are great. I like to watch it for 2 reasons:
1) It's beautiful and entertaining.
2) I try to pick up a few techniques or ideas that I see a fighter may use, or I try to think what I would do if I were in a given situation then compare it with what the fighters do. It's hard and difficult to be good at since martial arts in general involves inflicting damage in ways the human body isn't always "pleased" or meant to take, such as chokes, takedowns, punches, knees and kicks to various places of the body.
