I don't believe you can delete tracks off of a CD-R. I'm not even too sure about CD-RW.

Yeah, you can't delete anything from a CD-R. If it's a CD-RW... then you have some potential in deleting things from it, but I'm thinking the only way to do is is formatting it (it's been a while since I've done that).
