Clear your temporary internet files... In firefox tools>options>clear private data>select cache (cleaing all will clear saved passwords and auto form fills, history, etc... but is recommended.)

Other than that, zonealarm could slowing it. Make an exception in the program for myspace.com.

Also, some browsers tend to run scripts differently, the way they were not intended. My iPod's Safari, tends to lag a lot on GMail, and a few other websites, yet others run perfectly.

You're best off clearing your cache files, as Neo said.

Also, if that doesn't work, try turning off ZA, and then logging into MySpace.
