I dont understand how people can make themselves puke. I tried it once when I was drunk and I wanted to stop feeling so sick and I couldnt. it was too hard.

I fast for Ramadan, and that means I don't eat anything or drink as long as the sun is up. Let me tell you something, you're going to end up gaining weight. As FurryPanther said, by stopping yourself from eating, your body will start storing up all the fat when you eat again. In the end, you'll only make thinks worse. Not to mention that you'll be weak on energy, get headaches, nausea, and similar things. People associate eating with gaining weight, but in the end, not eating can also do the same. We have to eat by nature, and if you don't eat properly, your body starts storing more fat. And you know what? When you don't eat and you don't have proper energy, your body starts digesting your MUSCLES first. So before yous start losing any fat, it'll go towards your muscles, and you'll end up being weaker as well. The best thing to do is to eat a healthy diet. If you don't want to eat too much, then at least eat a 1500-1800 calorie diet, per day (2000 is a good general caloric intake). And exercise! Not only will exercise help you lose weight, but it'll help tone your muscles, and give a nicer shape. :D

oh and ive done the 3 day fast before so im not worried and i wont gain weight as long as i dont start eatin a lot afterwards.. ive done it before and i didn gain the weight back but i also exercised a lot during the fast so thats probably why.

eat 3 meals a day, exercise lots and stop purging (even though it is hard it is VERY bad for your body) and you will lose weight
