Support Leader

Alright, I have JUST turned into a Support Leader, and I have some questions, I have already read most of the guidelines to SL's but anyway:

What happens if I post a topic in the wrong forum?

How do I put topics in the right forums?

When I reply to eHelp's, and I already see replies from it,  then when I reply, does that member get two replies, or what?

Thanks.

1. If you post a topic in the wrong forum you can message another SL and they will move it for you. Not sure if you can move them yourself or not.

2. If you look at the title of a topic, you will notice just underneath it a red hyperlink saying 'move topic' (next to 'support leader access'). Click on that and select the correct forum from the drop down list. You will need to enter your password. You then press 'move topic' and the topic is moved.

3. An eHelp can receive however many replies people wish to post. If you post to an eHelp that already has 2+ replies, the person will still receive them as normal.

Oh, and congratulations! =)
