Just open a blank folder, and type Accesibility Options into the URL bar of the folder.

im using home and its the first option under control panel. try and right click and arange icons by name. that should but them in alphabetical order and may make it easier to find

Spasty, I signed up here to fix your problem. I too had this. The problem is related to a corrupt or missing "access.cpl" file from your system 32 directory. Copy this file from another computer or you may have the access.cp_ in an "i386" folder where as you would copy and rename to access.cpl.
