I am rather disappointed in the site, when it came to others problems. I was always there to help, when I finally posted my own. The lack of responses and the lack of helpful responses was pathetic.

    We need to find a way to solve this problem. I'm beginning to see it myself. I would never leave this site because I seek it as a way to make myself smile and give myself a reason to live. I see Livewire as my family. However, how can I put this, it seems that my "family" will begin to harass me. Some do not see it my way, they just get up and leave.

     We must do something to keep this site going with pride. Thank you to those who have gotten this far, I know it was a bit tiring to read.

I'm all for increasing support, but you can't just decide that we're getting worse, because to be honest, after 110 days, how can you know? Places like this don't change that much, that quickly.

I have to say, you really haven't been here long. Livewire has never been this beacon of support and mutual loving. Sure, it's had better times, but these things ebb and flow.  

I'm all for increasing support, but you can't just decide that we're getting worse, because to be honest, after 110 days, how can you know? Places like this don't change that much, that quickly.

I relieze you think I havn't been here long but I was checking out why people closed their accounts, almost all of them said it was because of the decrease in support.

Since I've been here, LiveWire has also grown massively from what I remember. Face facts, it's not just a teen support site. Make no mistake though, the support is still there.

As Jenny said above me, this has been going on for years. Even before i was a member on my main account, i had a lurking account.

When someone closes their account because of "lack of support", most of the time it's because they didn't get the answer they wanted. Not because of lack of support. I mean, look around, their is a lot of supportive replies. But people get all pissed when the replies aren't what they want.

It takes a while to get decent replies. N e o waited like 30 minutes and decided we were all shite for not replying straight away. It can take days to get decent replies, and that's how it's always been. I've been around for a while, and the support level is generally the same. Sometimes it dips, sometimes it increases, but it is how it always has been. These same topics have been posted in the past three years I've been here, it's always been the same.

Since I've been here, LiveWire has also grown massively from what I remember. Face facts, it's not just a teen support site. Make no mistake though, the support is still there.

You have to understand I agree with what everyone else has said - people get upset when they heard what they would rather not hear, which is what they're going to get, more often than not. We don't answer eHelps to make people feel better about themselves.
