I don't purposely not eat so that I to lose weight. I don't need to lose weight. But I definitely don't eat enough. I don't eat breakfast. I don't eat lunch.
And on days I work, I don't eat dinner until 11 when I get home.
My reasons are usually that I don't have money for food or no time to eat it. I don't want to lose weight.
I'm just under 120 at 5'3".
I was thinking about this because I'm sick and have noticed how weak I got from having just three bites of a sandwich and some tea for lunch at noon, then a bowl of soup for dinner 30 minutes ago.
