If you want to go down to a reasonable weight DON'T SWITCH BETWEEN ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA!!! I suppose the only advice I can give is the following:
- Eat a balanced diet with plenty of vitamins and minerals (I suggest research on this)
- Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, but don't over-do it
- Drink a substantial amount of fluids (MAINLY WATER)
As for eating itself:
- Eat only when you are hungry
- Eat periodically
- Eat Consciously
- When you are full, stop
