in windows xp you get those stupid banner popups when you connect to the internet, a headphone is unplugged, and the such. I'm currently with a geeky tech friend, whom you all may know, but he hasn't blocked this stuff in over a year, and doesnt remember how either. anyone know what im talking about and how to stop them? so annoying....
