my lips are the same way, they are so dry, and starting to crack, and i have tried, burts bees, vaseline, like every kind of chap stick/blistics. and nothing is working :(

Rather than using balms and vaseline, things which just make the outside of them greasy, use something HEALING such as Blistex or Carmex. They sting at first but when your lips heal they stop hurting and they really work.
