so i cant fit in my dress and i dont want to go aneroxic or bulimic but i was considering it but instead i would prefer to lose weight the heathy way

i do apologize you get this all the time buuutttt


whats some good tips too look or get


slim, skinnier, lose weight
waht should i eat or do everyday that will help??

eat lots and lots of fruit and veg , eat meals with like rice & pasta , cut down on choc and crisps ( make that a treat ) have a treat a day :) . and go to gym 3 times a week ?

The optimal route for cutting fat would be a 6 day a week work-out routine using resistance training with heavy sets, which will burn large amounts of calories and decrease your overall bodyfat percentage and promote muscle growth (you don't have to worry about getting bulky, females do not have the testosterone) and make you look more toned. This is coupled with high intensity interval cardio 3 days a week. You would also need a high protein and high COMPLEX carbohydrate diet, while maintaining a relatively low overall daily calorie intake (hard to say how much, depends on the person). For supplements, you MUST get green tea extract (usually in pill form), this does wonders for increasing metabolism, a good multivatamin wouldn't hurt either.

All of this is quite a bit of work and is both a physical and a mental challenge, I know because I've done it myself, however I swear to you will melt fat at an incredibly fast rate, and will see a decrease in your waist size within days.
