I really doubt it. I found that alot of HP's require you only buy upgrades through the company. Including graphics cards. I could be wrong, but also one of the few reason I bought an HP for a computer.

You'd have to look inside the case. Do you see a PCI express x16 port? It'll look like a regular PCI slot, but bigger.
Cards are pretty much compatible with most systems, I think.
