FAT pimple over my dick

the topic about the vagina acne reminded me to ask this. the other day this random humongous pimple formed over night above my dick in my pubic hair. which is weird cause I have very clear skin on my face. but this thing was huge and extremely red. it had a huge slope leading up to it and a massive whitehead. I popped it twice yesterday and now it's just red. It's not an ongoing problem I just get random pimples in that area every once in a while but never that bad. so is this normal?

As long as they don't come in large batches, or leave crusty sores then yes.

And I'm not fucking around even though that sounds a little bit patronizing or gross. A crusty sore that peels off after popping it is a sign of herpes.

But the odd pimple can just be from overactive sweat glands.
