Something in the area about 2 inches to the left of my belly button is throbbing like crazy... Like that, bursting, blood flowing, type feeling.  It actually hurts too...

What the hell is in that area? And should I be alarmed?

I seriously have the same problem... i was feeling my stomach and i felt a bump too. I've had pains in my stomach area for awhile though...

No. severe pain and the feeling of internal bleeding are not anything to be concerned about. If you feel your body growing cold and blood starts to seep out of your orifices, you should take a couple of aspirin and sleep it off.

if it gets worse n u start gettin a fever or sumthin it could be appendicitis which u WILL need surgery for so if it gets worse get to the emergency room. i had it before and while it was fun to be in the hospital the pain wasn't ^_^

The appendix appears to be on the right side of the body, because that dude is facing me.  (check out the ball sack).
