Well, you have the choice between home and business server. Then, you'll need to get some PHP uploading script, get a domain name, get MySQL/Orace/etc.. Then, you'll need to create security to prevent your site from getting hacked, advertise your site on a frequently visited site (I wouldn't suggest MySpace, as they would think of it as a poor attempt at fail) :D Then, you need to have the function to ban users
