1. Keep your things out of my side. 2. We're not pigs, so let's just not live like pigs. 3. The fact that you live here doesn't mean your my friend, but we could work on it, and make this easier for both of us. Nobody likes living with someone annoying. 4. If you need something, just ask, I don't bite. ... You can think of some more, that just work for you. Put it simple but don't sound bitchy.
