No. Do you understand biology? If you aren't consuming energy, you have nothing to expand with.

you wont gain weight, but eventually your body will hold onto everything it can, causing you not to lose. it will even retain water, which gives the illusion of gaining weight.. you'll bloat up, weigh heavier etc from that, but not eating doesn't cause you to gain fat!

No.. but usually when you stop eating, you lose weight very quickly as it is water weight you are losing rather than fat. When you start to eat again you put on weight quite quickly at first because your body tries to hang on to every calorie it can after a period of starvation.

What happens when you stop eating? Many things. In the first few hours, not much, since you don't normally eat constantly. After you miss a cycle of eating, your body tells you that you are hungry stronger the next time. After you miss a few more over the next few days, it begins to enter "survival mode", in which it tries to waste less energy. Things that are not critical to your body's survival begin to shut down somewhat. If you don't eat for long enough, your body begins to consume itself. The gaining weight comes in when you don't eat for a period, and then begin to eat again, and then stop eating, etc. Your body is unsure if you are going to eat again, so it builds up a "stockpile" of extra energy, in the form of fat, to help it get through the next period of starvation. The longer you go on periods of starvation, the more weight you will gain when you begin eating again, and the longer it will take for your body to begin adjusting back to a normal weight again. Starvation does not lose you weight if you only practice it for a short period of time. Obviously, it will if you stop eating altogether, but you also die, so this is not really a good idea.
