I need something to push me to be thinner. So if I know what I'm going to look like maybe that'll be the little push I need to finally get my will-power in check. Obviously staring at a fucking picture isn't going to make me thinner.

There is the terrible way...say the image is 640x480, lower the first number and it will be less wide. Make sure to turn off any auto scaling options.
