I'm so pathetic I don't even care about myself anymore. My exercises is one of the only things that used to make me feel good about myself, and I won't do it anymore because I don't care anymore. I feel like I'm not good enough for anything. I know I shouldn't think this way but it is truly how I feel.

I spend everyday being alone. I feel isolated from the world that I live in, and I always have. I feel like I've grown so far away from a teenager and I have, I mean, I'm only 20. But I feel like I should no longer associate myself with teenagers or people in high school, specifically girls. The irony of this all is that I work at a movie theatre, and all the people there are basically from high school. I feel isolated there too.

I don't have any friends, and I don't talk to any girls. I lack the care of making guy friends. All I care about is girls. I want to figure out how to be more sociable with them. I need to figure out how. Until I figure out how, I'll be alone.

My mood right now is of the world that is coming to a dramatic ending, similar to the way I feel about my life.

Well, sounds like a normal feeling that people get every now and then... they just stop caring about themselves, and they just start hating themselves.  Even now I can't say I like myself very much, but let me tell you, I improved with time...  I dunno, you knew your exercises made you happy... and sometimes it's hard to get your motivation back, but try your best.  Put a huge note on your wall to do your exercises or whatever, and maybe one day you'll decide to follow through with it...  You never know, but it's worth the try, right?

As for speaking to girls.  Well, you have to start somewhere.  Find a girl that you want to talk to, and just start a simple conversation.  See where it takes you.  In the end, you have to try.  It might not get you anywhere the first few times, but at least youll become more comfortable with it, right?

And I guess think about something about yourself that you're good at.  And really think about it.  Don't let yourself give into the "I suck at everything"... I'm sure you know your good aspects.  Accent those, bring them out, and in the mean time, if you feel that there's somewhere that you can improve, try your best... motivation is hard to get (and honestly I don't know a way to do it), but the best you can do is try, right?  Making some friends might be a great way to start, in my opinion ^__^.

Wish I could have helped, best of luck!  And give it time, thigns will piece themselves back together with time.

No problem, I hope that I helped at least a bit.
