so i shake a lot sometimes its just my hands and sometimes its my whole body
i figured it has something to do with food since diabetes runs in my family
i try to eat at least 3-4 times a day and I'm naturally skinny so I'm gaining weight well lately I've been eating a lot more and i still shake.
i bring snakes like pop tarts to hold me off until lunch but even when i eat i still shake and now I'm starting to get dizzy and having black flashes
this has been happening off and on for months
could it be stress? or something else?
i went to the nurse and she said i should eat more protein and she figured it was stress because i always went before a huge test
but now its happening everyday
