cant control when it comes to food.

I have really been trying to eat healthy and in modertaion to get more fit. I am not huge but i could loose a few pounds (and no i am not just saying that). But i am trying to do it the healthy way.
Anways, I try soo hard but I always end up giving in and it seems like i am constantly eating, and eating things that are bad for me. Also, once i start, I cant stop, and I will eat until i am so full it hurts!
Does anyone have any advice of how to stop eating just out of bordem and when im not hungry..and how not to eat so much during a meal?

try setting out portion sizes everyday when you eat.

and tell your family your goal.

Make an appointment with a nutritionist. They can help you make a meal plan to include more healthy eating habits and lose the weight you want to.

I'm exactly like you, once I ate to the point where I threw up (I know I'm skinny, but I'm not lying.). I think you should talk to a nutritionist about your problem. Usually, if I get a craving for food -- a get a really small, light snack and eat it slowly. This usually helps with the cravings and will help you avoid eating big amounts of food whenever you feel the need to.
