well i would only get a microdermal on my hips instead of a barbell because they have less of a chance of rejection. People do weird and ugly things with them.

I like the concept especially compared to a traditional bar which can be a lot harder to heal, the only thing wrong with them is they still don't know exactly what the long term effects of them are and the procedure/removal isn't 100% perfected yet.  Give it maybe 5 years and I'd consider getting one.

I love them.  I plan on getting quite a few once I have enough money for it.  

I want two below the clavicle, possibly a few to make my nape into some kind of design, a couple or few on the sternum and, I love temple anchors though I dont think I'll be getting them.
