Okay so on Wednesday I slept in until 2 pm, and I think that seriously screwed up my sleep schedule because then last night I just could not fucking fall asleep. I turned in for the night at around 1:00 am, and I just layed there until 6 am when I finally fell asleep, and then this morning I only slept in until 10:00 with the hope that I would be nice and tired tonight. Not the case. The night that I didn't fall asleep until 6 was also the night I saw a scary movie with my friends. I'm guessing that added in there somewhere as to why I couldn't fall asleep.
So what do I do now? It's 12:22 here and I want to go to sleep soon but A.) I'm afraid of trying to fall asleep because if I can't and it's just like last night I'll get all worked up and that = not good and B.) I'm just not feeling that tired. I mean I'm a little tired I guess but I thought I'd be a lot more sleepy after only getting 4 hours of sleep last night.
Reading, watching TV, and listening to music all do little to nothing for me :/
Gahhh I just want to fucking sleeeeeep. Help?
