It's worse taking your cash card out, trust me.  

Although I've been pretty good lately. The less money I have, the more pissed I seem to get. I can take £30 out and stay relatively sober, and go out with £10 and get absolutely off my tits.

Nah tis the opposite for me, having to go to a cash point is an alarm bell for me, that I'm spending. But cash in my wallet is there to be spent.
