honestly sometimes its not even the heat. ive had that happen to me before. sometimes it could just be from a dream or something or even just your body being weird. but everyone elses advice is pretty much what i would say to you.

Yeah, it must be. I live in Canada, so it's cold anyway. I've been sleeping the same way for a long time. Until recently, I've been sweating profusely. Must be my dreams.
