How about this hun, how about you go to your mommy or daddy and ask them to schedule you an appointment with a doctor, they should be able to be able to clear things up for you.

Ok I am 13 and I think I might have seizures. This has happened twice. In the morning I wake up and I will just lay their I know I am awake the I tell my self to get up in my mind I started shaking uncontrollable like a fish really fast and in my mine I was telling my self to calm down I new I was doing it then I finally stopped. I just laid their for a few minutes and went on with my day. I am really scared I don't even know what a seizure is help me please. Do I have seizures?

its not a seizure
if it was you would not be aware of it because part of having seizures is loss of memory
i know both me and my sister have seizure disorders
you would have to have someone else tell you
but you would never know about it by yourself
