Right but I disagree with the use of the race card unless it is justified. If the manager actually didn't hire you because of race, then it's fine. But if you're just using the race card to get ahead/get the job when you otherwise wouldn't, then it's wrong. Imo.

everyone but the people who use it when it's not justified disagree with that.

It was a retail store they needed someone to do stock work real basic stuff. I asked for the job, he said not hiring I say okay. I go to the store the next day because I needed something, and a white kid same age as me gets the job.


But if it doesn't have anything to do with race, then why use the race card? Can you not just admit that he may have been more qualified?
